Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over $100 USD; below that a flat $9.95 applies at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered in 8–21 business days depending on your country. Every order includes tracking.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships (allow 2–5 days for it to activate). You can follow it any time on our Track Order page.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in original condition. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship it back. Full details in our Refund Policy.
How do the sizes fit?
Our pieces follow a tailored international fit. Between sizes, or prefer a relaxed drape? Take one size up. Each product page has a Sizing note with specifics.
What is the DUO discount?
Add any two or more items to your cart and an extra 10% comes off automatically at checkout — no code needed. It's the smart way to build a capsule wardrobe.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal — which also lets you pay securely with Visa, Mastercard and American Express without a PayPal account. More payment options are being added.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Most orders arrive without extra charges. Depending on your country's rules, customs may occasionally apply — these are determined by and payable to your local authorities.
