Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During launches or sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically arrives within 8–21 business days of dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, a flat rate is shown at checkout ($8 within the United States, $9.95 elsewhere).

Where We Ship From

To offer a wide catalogue at fair prices, items are dispatched directly from our international partner facilities. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to begin updating. You can also use the Track Order page on this site.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund of the product price.

Lost or Stuck Parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 15 business days or your order is significantly delayed, contact us at theoldmoneyclubhelp@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right — with a replacement or a refund where a parcel is confirmed lost.
