2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information; in such cases you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colours, materials and fit may vary slightly from images due to screens, lighting and production batches. Measurements are approximate.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise shown and may change without notice. Promotional "compare at" prices reflect our standard catalogue pricing. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Items are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Some items ship directly from our international partner facilities. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 6. Returns
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery on unworn items in original condition. See our Return Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, layout, graphics and original text — is the property of The Old Money Club and may not be reproduced without permission. Any third-party trademarks, brand names or product references that may appear remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. The Old Money Club is an independent brand and is not affiliated with any other company. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Old Money Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.
