SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates
• Orders over $100 USD — FREE worldwide shipping
• Orders under $100 USD — flat rate $9.95 USD

Delivery times
We ship worldwide from our international fulfillment partners. Typical delivery time is 8–21 business days depending on destination. Estimates are not guaranteed dates; occasional carrier or customs delays can occur.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to activate.

Customs & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, determined by your country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address / order changes
Contact us at gabrielaihelp@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering to change your address or cancel. After the order has been processed we cannot guarantee changes.

Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right — with a replacement or a refund.
