Refund policy
Returns & cancellation
This policy applies to every order placed on theoldmoneyclub.shop. Consumers in Israel are protected by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (sections 14C and 14E, distance selling); consumers in the EU and the UK by their equivalent rules. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
1. Your right to cancel (14 days)
You may cancel any purchase, for any reason, within 14 days from the day you receive the goods or from the day you receive this disclosure (your order confirmation), whichever is later. To cancel, email theoldmoneyclubhelp@gmail.com with your order number, or write to us at the address below. You do not need to give a reason.
2. Extended period for eligible customers
If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen (65 and over) or a new immigrant to Israel, you may cancel within four months of receiving the goods, provided the transaction included a conversation with us, including by digital means. We may ask for a document confirming eligibility.
3. Returning the goods
Return the item unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and packaging, the way you would after trying it on in a shop. Email us first: we confirm the return address and instructions within one business day. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
4. Refunds and cancellation fee
We refund the amount you paid, to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, once the item has been sent back to us (proof of postage is sufficient). Where the law allows, we may deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. We never charge this fee when the cancellation is due to a defect, damage, a difference from the description, or late delivery.
5. Return shipping
If you cancel for a reason other than a defect or our error, the cost of returning the goods is yours. If the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or late, we cover it: send us a photo and we will replace the item or refund you in full, and you will not need to ship it back.
6. What cannot be cancelled
By law, the right of cancellation does not apply to goods made or personalised to your order (for example an engraved signet ring), or to underwear and swimwear once the hygiene seal has been opened. Such items remain covered against defects.
7. Late delivery
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of our order confirmation, you may cancel it for a full refund, including any shipping paid.
8. Exchanges
For a different size or colour, the fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Late or missing refunds
If a confirmed refund has not appeared within 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we will follow up with our payment processor.
