Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. To start a return, email us at gabrielaihelp@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Standard returns
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at
