1. Who we are
The Old Money Club (theoldmoneyclub.shop) is an independent online retailer of apparel, timepieces and accessories, operated by Gabriel, a sole proprietor (exempt dealer) registered in Israel. Address: Yigal Yadin 43, Modi'in 7175446, Israel. Email: theoldmoneyclubhelp@gmail.com. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Consumer disclosure (distance selling)
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (section 14C) and equivalent EU and UK rules, the following is disclosed before you buy: the seller's name and address (above); the main characteristics of each product on its product page; the total price in US dollars, including VAT where applicable and excluding any import duties of the destination country; the payment methods offered at checkout; the expected delivery time (dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, delivery within 8 to 21 business days); and your right to cancel within 14 days as set out in our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Your order confirmation email repeats these details in writing.

3. Orders and acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product was listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, or where fraud is suspected; in such cases you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Products and descriptions
We describe products as our manufacturers describe them to us and make reasonable efforts to display them accurately. Colours, materials and fit may vary slightly from images because of screens, lighting and production batches. Where a material is described as a blend, the exact composition may vary between batches. Measurements are approximate. Product photography may be styled for presentation; the product itself is as described in the text.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are charged in US dollars (USD). Amounts shown in other currencies, including Israeli shekels, are indicative estimates at the current exchange rate; the final amount in your currency is set by your card issuer or PayPal at the time of payment. We do not display artificial "was" or reference prices. The price shown at the time of your order applies. Discount codes and automatic discounts are applied at checkout as described in their terms.

6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and typically delivered within 8 to 21 business days, depending on destination, from our international partner facilities. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of confirmation you may cancel it for a full refund. Import duties, taxes or customs fees, where charged by your country, are payable by the recipient. Risk of loss passes to you when you or a person you designate receives the goods.

7. Returns and cancellation
You may cancel any purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and we refund within 14 days of your notice. Full details, including the extended period for eligible customers, the small cancellation fee permitted by law and the items excluded, are in our Returns & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property
Our name, logo, layout and original text may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party trademarks that may appear remain the property of their owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. The Old Money Club is an independent brand and is not affiliated with any other company.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Privacy and accessibility

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Israel unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
